Effects of this medicine

This medicine shows antiinflammatory effect by inhibiting synthesis of prostagradines. It also shows platelet aggregation inhibition by selectively inhibiting synthesis of prostagrandines in platelet to prevent blood clotting and vessel construction.

It is usually used to treat Kawasaki disease and its cardiovascular aftereffect.
