This medicine decreases histamine in the nasal mucosa and shows anti-inflammatory/antiallergic effect to improve nasal symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion.

It is usually used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis.
