Effects of this medicine

This medicine is new quinolone antibiotic agent. It inhibits the synthesis of bacterial DNA to show bactericidal antibacterial effects.

It is usually used to treat blepharitis, dacryocystitis, hordeolum, conjunctivitis, meibomianitis and keratitis (including corneal ulcer), and sterilization therapy in ophthalmological perioperative period.
