This medicine is a new quinolone oral antibacterial agent that shows bactericidal effects by inhibiting DNA replication of bacteria at the time of infection.
It is usually used to treat a wide range of infections such as skin, respiratory, urinary, gynecologic, ophthalmic, otorhinological and dental infections.
