This medicine improves urination disorder by alleviating tension and increasing blood flow in blood vessel/urethra/prostate gland/bladder neck by inhibiting phosphodiesterase (PDE5) in blood vessel and lower urinary tissue.

It is usually used to treat urination disorder accompanied with prostatic hyperplasia.
