Effects of this medicine 

This medicine transforms into the substance which accelerates the peristaltic movement of the intestine by bacteria in the large intestine.

It consequently enhances intestinal movements by stimulating large-intestinal mucosa, and encourages defecation.

It is usually used to treat constipation.
