Effects of this medicine 

This medicine increases cerebral blood flow by relaxing vascular smooth muscle and blocking sympathetic α receptor.

It also improves cerebral metabolism by enhancing mitochondrial respiratory function and inhibits platelet aggregation.

It is usually used for the treatment of symptom of dizziness caused by cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage sequela.
