This medicine relieves inflammation and pain by preventing the formation of a substance called prostaglandin in the body.

It also relieves swelling and pain after trauma.

It is usually used to treat osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, tendinitis/tenosynovitis, peritendinitis, humeral epicondylitis ( such as tennis elbow), muscular pain, and swelling/pain after trauma.
