Effects of this medicine

This medicine lowers the blood pressure of hypertensive, prevents/eases angina attack, improves disturbed pulse (tachyarrhythmia) by α- and β-blocking activity.

It also eases shaky hands by β2-blocking activity in the skeletal muscle.

It is usually used to treat (mild-moderate) essential hypertension, angina pectoris, tachyarrhythmia, and essential tremor.
